Shipping

Due to working a full time day job ourselves, we will do our best to ship your order within 5 business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, depending on weight, volume and destination.

All our deliveries (except for pin post) include parcel tracking.

We estimate deliveries in Australia to take up to 5 business days to reach you.

International deliveries might take up to 14 business days to arrive.

Due to current events, please keep in mind that Auspost and other delivery services are currently slower than normal.

Our standard shipping and handling rates are calculated based on total weight and volume, as follows. Please keep in mind rates may change depending on how many items are ordered.

Returns policy

If you find any fault with one of our products, please contact us on folx@folx-emporium.com.au and we will do everything we can to help you.
However, we will not accept any return or refund after 30 days of receiving the product. We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if the fault isn’t a manufacturing fault.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time before we ship out your products by emailing us on folx@folx-emporium.com.au.
If you made a mistake or wish to edit your order (change a colour, a size, add or remove a product), just contact us on the same email as above, before we ship out your order, and we will be more than happy to help!

A product I want is out of stock!

Unfortunately, due to some suppliers being overseas and shipping times varying, we might run out of stock on some items.
If you wish to purchase something that is sold out, please contact us on folx@folx-emporium.com.au and we will work with you to find a solution.

Privacy Policy

When you create an account with us, we will collect some of your information. We only keep this information to help us give you better service. We may use your email or phone number to contact you about your order, but will not give or sell your personal information to a third party (the only exception to this is where required or authorised by law).
We do not store nor have any access to any payment or card details, all of this is securely handled by our payment providers.
You may request the destruction of your personal data at any time, just contact us on folx@folx-emporium.com.au and we will happily do so. However, doing so will deactivate any vip account you have with us, as we require some of this information to keep track of your vip points and order history.
